Of course, before you begin any sort of exercise regimen, talk to your doctor about what’s right for you. This way you’ll know if any of your health conditions or medications might affect how you should exercise.
3. Go at Your Own Pace
If you’re out of shape or have any sort of disabilities, you may very well need to start slow. And that’s totally ok! Just a few minutes a day is a fine way to start. You can later slowly increase the amount of time you work out and the intensity. This way you’ll avoid potential injuries as well.
